Our team consists of a diverse group of professionals, including Chiropractors, Functional Medicine Physicians, Nutritionists, Acupuncturists, Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Massage Therapists. Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the Director of Operations to support both administrative and clinical teams, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding patient interactions.
  • Operational Excellence: Aid in overseeing daily functions, enhancing processes, and upholding high service standards.
  • Multi-Clinic Coordination: Travel to various clinic locations as necessary to provide assistance and maintain uniform operational practices across all sites.

Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all systems directly related to patient care, collaborating with the Director of Operations to implement best practices and ensure consistency across Vida clinic locations.

• Work closely with Clinic Managers to ensure front desk and customer service operations are efficient and accurate.

• Ensure optimal patient experiences through effective management and training of support team members.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership position.

• Strong attention to detail for conducting clinic operational audits, insurance billing, and patient care coordination tasks.

• Proven ability to provide leadership and a supportive presence to our providers, clinic staff, and patients.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, naturopathy, and other healthcare settings.
