Sanitation Supervisor

E&E Foods Inc. is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Lead to oversee sanitation operations at our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sanitation team and ensuring the thorough cleaning and sanitization of all production equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the sanitation team to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ensure that all production machinery, including conveyor belts, fryers, and other equipment, are cleaned and sanitized according to established procedures.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Be available for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Experience in sanitation or food manufacturing is preferred.
- Must be reliable, dependable, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
The starting wage ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Work Environment:
Employees may encounter wet and humid conditions, as well as exposure to moving mechanical parts and various chemicals. The noise level is typically loud, and the role may involve working in extreme temperatures.
