Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Compensation:

$26 - $30 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee systems related to patient care and collaborate with clinic managers to implement best practices.
  • Ensure consistency for staff and patients across Vida clinic locations.
  • Work alongside Clinic Managers to guarantee efficient and accurate front desk and customer service operations.
  • Enhance the patient experience through effective management and training of support team members.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to provide leadership and a supportive presence.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, naturopathy, or other healthcare environments.
