Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner with clinic managers to support front desk operations and clinical teams, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding patient experiences.
  • Operational Management: Assist in overseeing daily operations, enhancing processes, and upholding high service standards across clinics.
  • Multi-Location Support: Travel to various clinic sites as necessary to provide assistance and maintain consistent operational practices.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Compensation:

$26 - $30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee systems related to patient care, collaborating with clinic managers to implement best practices.
  • Ensure consistency for staff and patients across Vida clinic locations.
  • Work closely with Clinic Managers to maintain efficient and accurate front desk and customer service operations.
  • Enhance patient experience through effective management and training of support team members.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to provide leadership and support.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, naturopathy, or other healthcare environments.
