Job Overview

Lycatel LLC is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our direct distribution sales team in the region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and optimizing sales team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, and market partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales processes

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales management experience in telecom, retail, or direct distribution
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and business development skills
  • Knowledge of profit and loss statements, sales management, and business development

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Strong background in sales, especially in the wireless field

Language Skills:

  • English (required)
  • Hindi/Urdu/Spanish (desired)
