We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new member sales and delivering an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead outreach and conversion efforts to achieve sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and growth
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve monthly KPIs
- Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote the studio
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a fitness setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Competitive hourly rate of $20 plus commissions and bonus potential
