About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new member sales and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead outreach and conversion efforts to achieve sales goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and growth
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve monthly KPIs
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote the studio
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a fitness setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
