Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Regional Sales Manager to join our Central Region team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing strategies to support our company's sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the field sales function in the region, including independent sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize share position of core products at existing customers, identify and secure new opportunities and products at existing accounts, and develop new customers and products.
  • Participate in sales presentations and develop account relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Work closely with the VP Sales, North America to negotiate and/or approve pricing, terms, conditions of sale, and supply agreements consistent with company policy.
  • Set annual sales goals and monitor progress against those goals.
  • Oversee sales forecasting and tracking process within the region.
  • Collaborate with all company functions to ensure products, business processes, and service levels meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • BS degree in Engineering, with a minimum of 3-5 years of sales, marketing, or engineering experience in electromechanical products.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain successful cross-functional relationships.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Focused and results-oriented, with a consistent ability to deliver results.
  • Ability to create a strategy to drive top-line sales growth.
