Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Numotion. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining mechanical equipment, responding to service calls, and troubleshooting issues related to plumbing, HVAC, and building controls systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain equipment such as air compressors, boilers, generators, pumping systems, vacuum pumps, and motors.
  2. Service Calls and Troubleshooting: Respond to routine and emergent service calls, troubleshoot leaks and breakdowns, and perform testing of water samples.
  3. Preventive Maintenance: Clean, lubricate, calibrate, and adjust all equipment according to preventive maintenance schedules.
  4. Log Keeping and Reporting: Fill out daily log sheets and daily round sheets, and submit this paperwork to the appropriate supervisor.
  5. Training and Development: Provide training to coworkers as needed and work with building management software to control equipment and monitor systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school or trade school graduate with five years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Ability to read blueprints, control schematics, technical manuals, and specifications.
  • Basic knowledge of all HVAC and mechanical systems and processes.
  • A P1 or P2 license.
  • Ability to obtain an OE2 license within a 6-month period of employment.
