ServiceMaster TRS is in search of a motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager. In this essential role, you will focus on generating new business by establishing and nurturing relationships with key referral sources, such as insurance agents, adjusters, claims representatives, property managers, and other relevant stakeholders in the area.

Position Summary

As a Regional Account Manager at ServiceMaster TRS, you will lead sales initiatives, foster enduring client relationships, and enhance our market presence. Your role will be pivotal in driving new business by engaging with key referral sources and collaborating with our team to create effective sales strategies. This position is vital for achieving our revenue targets and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue key referral prospects in the area to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Execute and oversee sales activities to meet KPIs and sales objectives, including invoiced amounts, number of referrals, and new business partners.
  • Collaborate closely with other sales representatives and the operations team to drive branch revenue and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to highlight our services and demonstrate the value we provide.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and local market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably within the restoration, insurance, or property management sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented, proactive approach.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the disaster restoration industry, insurance claims process, and local market dynamics.
  • Other: Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the designated area.
