About this Role:

The Director of Sales Enablement will be instrumental in driving pipeline growth through product and role-based programs in the Global Technology Services, High-Tech business. This role will focus on accelerating sales performance through the development and execution of sales enablement strategies, programs, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies to drive sales performance and growth.
  • Lead the development and implementation of sales enablement programs, including training, content development, and sales tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, Corporate Marketing, Research & Advisory, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Sales Learning and Development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders, sales teams, and business partners, to ensure effective communication and alignment of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the sales enablement function remains relevant and effective.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, or enablement, business analysis, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and performance through sales enablement strategies and programs.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling sales enablement content.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and develop targeted solutions to drive sales growth.
