As a Client Relationship Manager, you will serve as a pivotal business leader for your designated accounts. Your role will be to deliver exceptional value to our clients through the diverse services and solutions offered by Codale Electric.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in negotiations with clients and suppliers to secure orders, adhere to timelines, boost profitability, and ensure that Codale is the primary supplier for each customer.
- Promote and market the range of products and services provided by Codale Electric.
- Develop tailored business strategies that align with each client's potential and market demands.
- Collaborate with Account Representatives, Project Teams, and other specialists to ensure clients receive outstanding service and resolve any disputes effectively.
- Work closely with the credit department to achieve accounts receivable targets and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Codale's offerings and services.
- Solid understanding of the competitive landscape and fundamental financial principles.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Strong sales acumen, leadership qualities, and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficient in technology and software applications (Microsoft Office, mobile devices, industry-specific software).
- Strong planning skills for account management.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Preferred: Two years of experience in the electrical industry in roles such as City Desk, Account Representative, Project Sales, Specialist, or Operations.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
