Job Overview

AuctionIQ is seeking a skilled Client Success Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them achieve their business goals through the effective use of our processes/services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record in managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
  • Schedule and conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to provide project updates, ensure continuous project progress, assess their satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure that projects are progressing smoothly by professionally managing timelines, addressing any issues promptly, and facilitating effective communication between clients and internal teams
  • Act as the voice of the client within the company, providing feedback and insights to internal teams
  • Confidently present data, strategies, and results to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, account executive or a related role
  • Additional certifications in customer success or related fields
  • Experience in IT or Financial Consulting
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Project management skills with the ability to lead and prioritize activities
