Business Banking Relationship Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at NBH Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service and support to help them achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and financial needs
- Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to help clients achieve their goals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in business, community, and/or commercial banking
- Strong communication, writing, and sales skills
- Ability to think logically and make sound decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
