Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Client Manager to join our team at NBH Bank. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our business clients, providing exceptional service and identifying products and services that will help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large client loan portfolio and expand the loan relationship with clients
  • Focus on new client acquisition through leveraging relationships within the client's portfolio
  • Assist clients in leveraging all options, including cross-selling the Bank's loan, depository, and Treasury Management products
  • Review and structure transactions, present deals to credit officers, and negotiate credit terms
  • Monitor operating performance through monthly/quarterly financial statements and loan reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ~3+ years of relevant experience in business, community, and/or commercial banking
  • ~3+ years of banking experience
  • Valid driver's license and driving history that meets the Bank's driver standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business, community, and/or commercial banking
  • Moodys Risk Analyst experience
  • Completed formal credit training program
  • Strong communication, writing, and sales skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
