Business Banking Relationship Manager

At NBH Bank, we're committed to building strong relationships with our clients. As a Client Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining these relationships, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert advice on banking products and services.
- Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, developing strategic plans to achieve their goals.
- Manage client loan portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate processing of loans and other financial transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional client service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in business, community, and/or commercial banking.
- Strong communication, writing, and sales skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
