About the Role

A-1 Chrysalis Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by managing their technical needs, understanding their business challenges, and providing solutions that align with A-1 Chrysalis offerings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Success:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Understand client business objectives and IT infrastructure.
    • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions based on client needs and objectives.
  2. Technical Expertise:
    • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client infrastructure is secure and up-to-date.
    • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide timely solutions.
    • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and IT trends.
  3. Project Execution:
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
    • Manage and oversee client onboarding and implementation processes.
    • Track, analyze, and communicate project status to both internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Sales Enablement:
    • Assist the sales team in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client needs.
    • Participate in product demonstrations and provide technical expertise during the sales process.
  5. Knowledge Sharing:
    • Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on the latest industry trends and Chrysalis MSP product offerings.
    • Provide feedback to product and R&D teams based on client needs and industry trends.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
