As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Representative to join our National Accounts Team at our Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication via calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Understand and address customer needs, ensuring clear expectations are communicated to our Service Centers.
  • Act as a liaison between national accounts and local service centers.
  • Manage inquiries from national account customers regarding orders, estimates, and product/service information.
  • Respond to incoming calls to assist customers and service centers effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer data.
  • Foster continuous communication with team members and clients.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into customer accounts and databases.
  • Utilize critical thinking and prioritization skills to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes for national account customers.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with a friendly demeanor in customer service.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to navigate customer websites and portals.
  • Experience with MRP systems is advantageous.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Capacity to build and sustain effective business relationships in a team-oriented environment.
  • Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
Education and Experience:

Successful candidates will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or an administrative role.
  • Experience in B2C environments, particularly in retail, hospitality, or restaurant settings is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:

The role is office-based, requiring the operation of standard office equipment and the ability to walk short distances. The noise level is moderate.
