McKinstry is a leading innovator in the built environment, and we're seeking a talented Manager of HR Technology to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resource division, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by leading the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of our HR technology solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our HR technology roadmap. As a Manager of HR Technology, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the strategy and implementation of HR technology solutions, ensuring alignment with McKinstry's People Strategy
  • Managing the HRIS Workday team, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of work
  • Collaborating with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HR technology solutions
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base for McKinstry staff to manage common HR inquiries
  • Leading efforts to stay current on technology that allows us to operationalize our people functions, including integrating Artificial Intelligence capabilities into HR systems and processes
What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of Workday systems configuration experience, with Workday Pro Certification highly desired
  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR technology and systems
  • Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of HR systems administration, including data integrity, security, and operational precision
  • 2-3+ years of experience leading a team, with a proven track record of success in managing and delivering projects
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
