About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Manager to join our Upstream Supply Chain Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering our technology vision, ensuring the success of our team, and driving innovation in our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a team of skilled engineers, architects, and analysts through empathy and people-centric approach
  • Set the team's delivery roadmap and technical goals, working closely with product and other partner teams
  • Ensure team's deliverables meet the security, quality, and engineering maturity standards set by enterprise architecture and engineering
  • Manage the resource and delivery plans for the team as per allocated budget
  • Represent the team in front of stakeholders in forums like OpsCo
  • Set OKRs and development goals for the team
  • Ensure the right skills are being used to solve the right problems by supporting the team with coaching, skills development, and career path leadership
  • Be a role model and lead awareness and training for your team in our IDEA program - Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with at least 10 years of information technology experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in directly leading and developing technology delivery teams
  • Experience delivering projects in Retail, Product Development, Sourcing, and Supply Chain business domain
  • Experience working and leading in a DevOps operating model utilizing Cloud infrastructure
  • Experience in implementing engineering solutions using Java, Angular, Python, or similar programming languages/frameworks
  • Experience in implementing automated code delivery pipelines using test automation and security scanning
  • Experience in implementing real-time data integrations using technologies like Kafka and REST API
  • Experience in implementing data reports and visualizations using platforms like Snowflake and Power BI
  • Experience in conducting discovery and implementation of enterprise-scale technology solutions (including SaaS) for complex business workflows
  • Strong track record of managing external vendors and service providers
