Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of HR Operations and Compliance to join our team at CCSWW. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and quality assurance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including job leveling, compensation, benefits, policies, and procedures. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Affordable Care Act and Workers' Compensation.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high degree of integrity, honesty, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR disciplines and programs, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Directs and manages the operations of the CCSWW HR System, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Develops and implements HR policies and procedures, including job evaluations, compensation, and benefits administration.

Ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Affordable Care Act and Workers' Compensation.

Provides strategic planning and direction for HR operations, including developing HR strategies to address issues and agency needs.

Supervises the Compensation and Benefits Manager and provides guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

7 years of HR functional and business process experience, with 3+ years in HR leadership and operational areas.

Strong systems knowledge and experience using technology to scale programs and improve efficiencies.

Exceptional knowledge and expertise in the Affordable Care Act and Workers' Compensation.

Strategic, analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.

High degree of integrity, honesty, and confidentiality, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
