Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of HR Operations and Compliance to join our team at CCSWW. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and quality management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee all aspects of HR operations, including job leveling, compensation, benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR tools and processes to improve the management and delivery of HR services.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including employment regulations, industry standards, and trends.
  • Supervise the Compensation and Benefits Manager and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the HR Management Team to ensure efficient and effective HR operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Catholic social teachings and CCSWW's mission and values.
  • Provide strategic planning and direction for HR operations, including developing HR strategies to address issues and agency needs.
  • Build interdepartmental relationships and present issues and reports to the Board of Trustees, Director's Group, Clinical Oversight Group, and President's cabinet.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 7 years of HR functional and business process experience.
  • 3+ years of HR leadership and HR operational areas experience.
  • Strong systems knowledge and experience using technology to scale programs and improve efficiencies.
  • Exceptional knowledge and expertise in the Affordable Care Act and Workers' Compensation.
  • Strategic, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • High degree of integrity and honesty, with the ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations.
