Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at RTA US. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our employees and leaders in the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Support: Provide coaching on performance management, accommodations, business conduct, policies, and other HR-related topics to employees and leaders.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from various daily activities and projects to identify patterns and trends that can help create and improve processes or identify areas of concern.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and complete continuous improvement of HR programs and processes to enhance the overall employee and manager experience.
  • Project Management: Partner with cross-functional teams on larger projects and organizational changes.
  • Compliance: Complete processes and project work to maintain compliance in your region or function.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional, related experience.
  • Knowledge: Solid knowledge of US and/or Canadian employment practices.
  • Coaching: Experience with coaching line managers and peers on HR processes and supporting them in strengthening their leadership skills.
  • Consultation: Proven capability of providing employee and manager HR consultations.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with the ability to identify and resolve sophisticated and sensitive HR issues/problems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Management: Strong project management expertise.
  • Technology: Workday experience and/or experience using ticketing systems such as JIRA or ServiceNow is a plus.
