Senior Manager, HCM Technology Programs

The Sr. Manager, HCM Technology Programs role is a critical position that requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing HCM strategies, systems, and platforms. As a key member of the People Technology team, you will be responsible for developing and executing HCM tooling product strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and implementation of HCM solutions, partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization.
- Own the full Human Capital Management technology roadmap, working closely with business partners to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Ruthlessly prioritize workloads against available resources, level of impact, and desired business impact.
- Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, renewals, and accountability.
- Lead a team responsible for existing technical product services and the ongoing development and implementation of new solutions and processes within the HCM tooling ecosystem.
- Determine, maintain, and regularly report on success metrics that measure the operational health, performance, effectiveness, and efficiency of the systems and tools the team is responsible for delivering.
- Influence the strategy, implementation, integration, and optimization of the HCM tech stack in alignment with the vision of the People and Places programs, processes, and policy strategies.
- Partner closely with People Infrastructure and Business Technology leadership to drive cross-functional alignment with programs and tooling needed to support P&P programs.
- Ensure appropriate controls and documentation are followed to meet security and compliance requirements across all systems.
- 10+ years of related work experience, with at least 5 years of experience in HCM tool implementation and deployment.
- Oracle HCM Cloud experience is highly preferred.
- Management experience, including supporting or active participation in HCM capability deployment or enhancements, managing Product and Program Managers, and executive leadership management.
- Deep experience with HR/People & Places initiatives, including understanding of full end-to-end employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire), HR programs, and HR tooling (TA & People Operations).
- Experience navigating implementation of new tooling as they arise, including integration framework.
- Curiosity, innovation, and a self-starter attitude are essential.
