Responsibilities:


The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead a team of sales professionals to ensure exceptional market execution and customer satisfaction.

The RSM will have the chance to build relationships and manage various priorities to positively influence business outcomes.

  • Oversee, inspire, and develop a team of frontline staff to enhance daily productivity and elevate business performance.
  • Conduct 'ride-alongs' with team members to enhance their sales and customer service capabilities.
  • Engage proactively with clients to comprehend their business needs and foster strong partnerships.
  • Implement process improvements to optimize PepsiCo's sales and delivery framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee orders are processed, delivered, and displayed as planned.
  • Execute local and national marketing initiatives and promotions to enhance brand growth and maximize performance.
  • Establish productivity and service benchmarks while ensuring appropriate resource distribution across accounts.

Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $66,000 - $110,550 for a full-time schedule.

Factors such as location, job-related skills, and experience will be considered when determining the actual starting salary.

Paid time off is available based on eligibility, including parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience managing frontline staff or demonstrated leadership skills.

A Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.

Experience in consumer packaged goods within a direct store delivery setting.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. periodically.

This position is limited to individuals with an indefinite right to work in the United States.
