Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Stonebridge Companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the overall management and administration of the human resources function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting and updating job openings, screening resumes and candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending offers to final candidates.
  • Interview and assess candidates based on departmental needs and requirements.
  • Attend recruitment events, such as job fairs and career days, to source top talent.
  • Administer the new hire process, including paperwork and HRIS entry.
  • Maintain associate files in a secure and compliant manner.
  • Address timekeeping issues and respond to associate inquiries and concerns.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance to department managers on employee matters.
  • Place employment ads on various websites and maintain bulletin boards in associate areas.
  • Monitor worker's compensation claims and maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and three to five years of related experience.
  • PHR certification preferred.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

The work environment is typical of a hotel setting, with minimal to moderate noise levels. The position requires sitting for more than two-thirds of the time.
