Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Rights and Supply Chain Consultant to join our team at Environmental Resources Management (ERM). As a key member of our human rights and sustainability team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting projects that promote responsible business practices and human rights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support human rights and sustainability projects for corporate clients, including risk assessments, gap analyses, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and deliver key project outputs, such as reports, recommendations, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing efforts, new business development, and project planning.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, including budgeting, staffing, and client communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in international relations, business, sustainability, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in human rights, supply chain due diligence, corporate sustainability, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of key human rights frameworks, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
  • Experience in developing and enhancing social management system documents.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree in international relations, business, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Experience in the mining or critical minerals industry.
  • Working proficiency in a third language, such as French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
  • Knowledge of key international financing and investor frameworks.
