Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our team at Marsh & McLennan Agency. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing benefit strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Benefits Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to design and implement benefit strategies that align with their business objectives, including health and welfare plans, employee benefits, and risk management.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver presentations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, effectively communicating complex information and recommendations.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or human resources, and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in benefits administration, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of health and welfare plans, employee benefits, and risk management, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid Life and Disability License in California and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
