We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Analyst to join our team at Mt. San Antonio College. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
- Collaborate with management and employees to resolve conflicts and improve communication
- Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits and compensation
Mt. San Antonio College offers a competitive and excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as lifetime supplemental medical benefits for eligible retirees. The College also participates in the Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS) and State Teachers' Retirement System (STRS) retirement programs.
