Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Contra Costa Christian Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective human resources strategies to support the school's mission and goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including creating job postings, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, payroll, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including employment laws, labor laws, and tax laws.
  • Develop and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Head of School to develop and implement HR-related projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
