Job Details

Meridian Senior Living is seeking a skilled Dining Services Director to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing meals and managing the operations of the Dining Services Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve excellent and nutritious food in a safe and comfortable atmosphere
  • Maintain superior cleanliness and safety standards
  • Manage and motivate staff members
  • Provide a positive physical and social environment for residents
Requirements:
  • Relevant work experience (2+ years preferred)
  • At least one-year supervisory experience preferred
  • Current food service sanitation license required
  • Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work responsibly as a team member and individual
  • Honesty, fairness, dependability, and respect for confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others
