As our Executive Chef, you will lead and oversee all culinary operations at Embassy Suites by Hilton in Saint Augustine. Your responsibilities will include administering, planning, preparation, and production of all culinary operations to ensure outstanding guest service. You will work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage to create new menus and menu items based on current trends and regional tastes. Additionally, you will interact with guests to assess satisfaction, evaluate trends, and make improvements as needed.Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a two-year certificate from college or technical school, along with three or more years of experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a comparable hotel environment. Banquet/catering experience is required, as well as strong leadership skills to effectively lead, motivate, and develop others.What Our Associates Love
