We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Account Executive to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to generate leads, initiate contact with potential clients, and drive sales growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate new outbound sales leads through high-volume calling and prospecting activities.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers from various sources, including industry research and market analysis.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through effective lead generation techniques and relationship-building.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels to establish rapport and identify sales opportunities.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs to measure progress and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as required.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Outbound Sales and/or operations roles.
  • High-volume calling and prospecting skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence prospects.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools, such as Hubspot and Pipedrive.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce market trends and customer needs.

Compensation:

$60k base salary + monthly commission bonus
