Job Title: Director of Talent Acquisition

EG Professional is seeking a seasoned Director of Talent Acquisition to spearhead our recruitment efforts and build a high-performing team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a recruitment strategy that attracts top talent in the IT industry.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from job posting to onboarding.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Leverage digital and social media platforms, advanced sourcing techniques, and employer branding to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing talent acquisition teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of global technology ATS and HR software.
  • Experience with talent analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends and job market conditions.
  • Proficient in social media recruitment and employer branding strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to foster an inclusive workplace.
