Job Overview

We are seeking a Multilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic staffing organization. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and securing exceptional talent to fulfill the staffing requirements of contemporary manufacturers. Your multilingual capabilities will enable you to effectively connect with a diverse array of candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage a variety of platforms, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and candidate databases, to identify and attract bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates for operational and corporate roles within the company.
  • Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, language skills, and cultural compatibility.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insights into their recruitment needs, define job specifications, and create a clear understanding of the ideal candidate profile for each role.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment framework, actively seeking candidates from varied backgrounds, cultures, and experiences to promote an inclusive workplace.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial context.
  • A solid understanding of internal recruitment processes.
  • The ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Proficiency in utilizing ATS or similar HR software.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to engage with a diverse candidate pool.
  • A foundational knowledge of talent management principles and practices.
  • The capability to manage employee relations matters with confidentiality and sensitivity.
