What to Expect in This Role:

Under the guidance of the Manager/Supervisor, you will undertake specific tasks and projects pertinent to the internship within the Human Resources Talent Acquisition sector. This internship will provide insights into various facets of the Talent Acquisition department.

Your role will involve supporting the recruiting team through a practical and engaging approach, allowing you to learn about the recruitment process within a growing healthcare organization.

You will be instrumental in candidate attraction, selection, and enhancing the initial employee experience by aiding in the onboarding process.

Collaboration with the recruiting team will be essential to grasp the recruitment strategy, selection criteria, and processes while gaining familiarity with various recruitment platforms, participating in career fairs and events, and assisting with special talent initiatives as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Versiti as an employer at various events.
  • Engage in cross-functional CapStone Intern Project with presentations to Executive Leadership.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, contributing to goals and objectives for outstanding results.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as required within the scope of this job classification.
  • Adhere to all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Comply with standard operating policies and procedures.
Qualifications

Education: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program in a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years completed in college/university in a related field of study is preferred.

Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
