Your heavy outbound cold and warm calls will share our story with potential candidates, while your passive outreach skills will help you make 80+ calls per day. You will conduct phone screens and schedule in-person and virtual interviews, utilizing our internal CRM, market research, data sourcing tools, referrals, and networking. Your weekly reports will track candidates actively interviewing.
