This full-time exempt role within the Human Resources Division focuses on crafting and implementing effective strategies to attract top-tier candidates for All Clean Services LLC. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist works in close collaboration with the Operations Division to swiftly address staffing requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle
  • Collaborating with department heads to outline job specifications
  • Executing customized recruitment strategies
  • Coordinating job advertisements and promotional activities
  • Evaluating and selecting candidates
  • Conducting interviews and overseeing the offer process
  • Ensuring adherence to employment regulations and company policies
  • Participating in job fairs and recruitment initiatives
  • Engaging in grassroots recruitment within designated markets
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in various computer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategies
  • Proactive with exceptional time management abilities
  • Knowledge of employment regulations and best practices
