The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist works in close collaboration with the Operations Division to swiftly address staffing requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle
- Collaborating with department heads to outline job specifications
- Executing customized recruitment strategies
- Coordinating job advertisements and promotional activities
- Evaluating and selecting candidates
- Conducting interviews and overseeing the offer process
- Ensuring adherence to employment regulations and company policies
- Participating in job fairs and recruitment initiatives
- Engaging in grassroots recruitment within designated markets
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in various computer applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience in developing recruitment strategies
- Proactive with exceptional time management abilities
- Knowledge of employment regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office 365
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably two years of experience in recruitment and hiring process management
Physical Requirements:
- Extended periods of desk work and computer usage
- Approximately 25% travel as directed by supervisor
