What to Expect in This Role:Under the guidance of the Manager/Supervisor, you will undertake assigned tasks and projects pertinent to the internship. The Versiti Human Resources Talent Acquisition Internship offers exposure to various facets of the Talent Acquisition department.
This role will support the recruiting team through a hands-on, interactive approach, providing insight into the recruitment process within a growing healthcare organization.
You will play a vital role in candidate engagement, selection, and enhancing the initial employee experience at Versiti by aiding in the onboarding process.
Collaboration with the recruiting team will allow you to grasp recruiting strategies, selection processes, and criteria while familiarizing yourself with various recruitment platforms, participating in career fairs and events, and assisting with special talent initiatives as needed.

- Engage in cross-functional CapStone Intern Project with a presentation to Executive Leadership.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to department meetings and execute goals to achieve outstanding results.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Perform other duties as required within the scope of this job classification.
- Understand and comply with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Adhere to all standard operating policies and procedures.
Education: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program in a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years completed in college/university in a relevant field of study is preferred.
Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
