Responsibilities
  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Learn and assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Participate in Wedgwood Events and Recognition Committee.
  • Help management with the Mindful Moment program.
  • Learn employee development initiatives.
  • Learn to operate applicant tracking system.
  • Learn basic steps of employee investigation and accountability process.
  • Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events as needed.
  • Assist with projects regarding employee file management.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Subscription to the Statement of Faith of Wedgwood Christian Services.
Work Hours

12-18 hours weekly.
