The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in the recruitment process for designated support positions at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital. This individual will assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment and retention tasks, acting as a liaison between departments and ensuring seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Employment Specialists with the recruitment process, including contacting potential candidates, conducting initial screens, and coordinating references and assessment testing.
  • Review all applications within 24 hours of receipt and pass along qualified candidates for recruiter review.
  • Create job postings in talent acquisition software and develop advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Maintain and update all relevant files and manuals, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate attendance at job fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events, ensuring that recruitment materials are prepared and shipped as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including answering phones, screening calls, and taking messages.
  • Prepare the monthly recruitment dashboard report, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to coordinate meetings, training sessions, and other events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Monitor and maintain social media postings for employment-related activities, promoting the hospital's brand and values.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience with data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Physical Requirements:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will spend the majority of their time in a stationary position, using a computer and keyboard to perform administrative tasks. They will also be required to traverse the work location, attend meetings and events, and lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
