Job Overview:


Crowe's Midwest offices provide tax services to a broad range of clients in a number of industries, including Consumer Markets, Food & Commodities, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Metals, Private Equity, Supply Chain, and Technology.

As a Taxation Strategy Leader, you will deliver tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse clientele across various dynamic sectors.

Your advisory role includes conducting tax research, collaborating with clients on tax-related issues, and executing specialized projects. As a specialist in your field, you will engage directly with clients and collaborate with tax engagement teams. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying and implementing tax strategies, preparing tax calculations, and managing client relationships. You will also play an active role in recruiting and developing staff within a highly interactive team environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting; MST is a plus.
- CPA Required.
- 6+ years of experience in public accounting or a blend of corporate/public experience.
- Proven leadership skills in developing and managing client service teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and interactive team environment.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
- Possess effective writing, communication, and tax research skills.
- Experience with tax technology is a plus.
- Open to hybrid work arrangements.
