Leadership in the Market Center:

- Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Secure a leading market position in targeted areas.
- Drive the Market Center towards achieving sustainable profitability.
Recruitment Duties:
- Identify and attract entry-level agents with high potential through various outreach methods.
- Post job openings on relevant industry platforms to draw in top talent.
- Establish and execute a comprehensive recruitment process to effectively find and evaluate qualified candidates.
- Maintain detailed records of applicants and interviews to streamline the hiring process while ensuring confidentiality.
- Manage the recruitment workflow, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
- Deliver regular updates to the team regarding the effectiveness of different recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
