  • Drive the Market Center towards achieving sustainable profitability.

Recruitment Duties:

  • Identify and attract entry-level agents with high potential through various outreach methods.
  • Post job openings on relevant industry platforms to draw in top talent.
  • Establish and execute a comprehensive recruitment process to effectively find and evaluate qualified candidates.
  • Maintain detailed records of applicants and interviews to streamline the hiring process while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Manage the recruitment workflow, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
  • Deliver regular updates to the team regarding the effectiveness of different recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role within a sales environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
