Healthcare Coordination Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and schedule patient appointments efficiently.
- Provide assistance to callers, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Welcome patients upon arrival and oversee their waiting experience.
- Conduct check-in and check-out procedures, including insurance verification and document management.
- Collect patient payments and issue receipts as required.
- Handle walk-in patients and visitors with professionalism.
- Maintain and organize medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process requests for medical records and maintain appropriate logs.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and the community.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.
- Prepare and maintain the refreshment area for patients.
- Assist in keeping communal areas tidy and organized.
- Occasional local travel may be required for meetings or to support other locations.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience.
- Familiarity with general office practices.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience in a medical office setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone.
