Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Care Advocate Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Advocate Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our members, providing exceptional support and guidance to help them navigate the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to members through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Act as an advocate for members, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical resources, to ensure members receive the best possible care.
  • Utilize technology and internal resources to understand member needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage customer de-escalations and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • One year of experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) or Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) preferred.
  • CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk) preferred.
  • Reasonable understanding of apps and how to navigate Android and iPhone systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional service and a passion for delivering high-quality interactions.
