Role Overview

As a Care Advocate Coordinator at Accolade, you will play a critical role in supporting our members in navigating the complex healthcare system. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to our members through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Act as an advocate for our members, listening to their concerns and working to resolve their issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with internal clinical resources to ensure our members receive the right level of care and support.
  • Utilize technology and data to understand our members' needs and preferences, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in the healthcare industry or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) or Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) a plus.
  • CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk) a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support to our members.
