Position Overview

Weiner Law is seeking an experienced HR Manager to enhance and streamline our human resources functions. This role is crucial in developing and refining HR frameworks, policies, and procedures that align with our organizational goals. The successful candidate will be a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to fostering a supportive workplace culture.

Compensation:

$80,000+ based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate, execute, and uphold HR policies and procedures to facilitate the firm's expansion while ensuring adherence to legal standards.
  • Supervise recruitment activities, encompassing job advertisements, candidate evaluations, interviews, and the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Administer employee documentation, benefits management, and payroll operations.
  • Offer guidance and support to both management and staff on HR-related matters, including performance evaluations, employee relations, and conflict management.
  • Contribute to the creation of training programs and career advancement initiatives for staff members.
  • Conduct periodic assessments of HR practices to guarantee alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and fulfill organizational requirements, ensuring efficient daily operations.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • SHRM certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, senior HR generalist roles, or similar high-level HR positions.
  • A bachelor's degree in business management, human resources management, or a related field is required.
