The Lead Human Resources Strategist plays a pivotal role within the Executive Team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This position is essential for formulating and executing human resources strategies and solutions that align with the organization's objectives.
This role necessitates a physical presence at our headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement holistic compensation frameworks.
- Develop and execute organizational strategies to support company growth and employee development.
- Oversee parental leave policies and related procedures.
- Promptly address and resolve employee inquiries and concerns.
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Safeguard and manage personnel records and other confidential information.
- Collaborate with Employment Attorneys to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Work alongside Immigration Attorneys to manage employee visa processes.
- Administer employee health benefit programs.
- Oversee the management of the company’s 401K retirement plan.
- Coordinate company communications, including newsletters and press releases.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources management or a comparable role.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- In-depth knowledge of California HR regulations, labor laws, and best practices.
- Expertise in developing organizational strategies.
- Ability to manage sensitive information while ensuring confidentiality.
- Experience collaborating with legal professionals on employment and visa matters.
- Proficient in benefits administration, including health care and retirement plans.
- Skilled in providing strategic guidance and executing tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
