Job Summary:

The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's business objectives. This includes overseeing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, HR programs, policy interpretation, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the company's human resource and talent strategy
  • Manage succession planning, organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management to strengthen overall organizational capability
  • Ensure effective talent management, including assessment, development, and training of employees to ensure consistent and fair treatment
  • Track and report HR metrics, such as recruiting, demographics, turnover, headcount, and absenteeism
  • Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • 5+ years of HR Manager or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
