Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support -

  • Organize and manage meetings, appointments, and travel logistics for executives.
  • Draft and refine correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.

Client Reception -

  • Welcome and greet esteemed clients and investors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Oversee mail and package deliveries, ensuring prompt distribution.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and inviting office atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable administrative or receptionist position within a corporate or financial environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with office equipment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with the capacity to manage confidential information discreetly.

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $75,000.
