Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Coordinator to join our team at Career Group Companies. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our executives and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings for executives
  • Prepare materials, draft documents, and take meeting minutes
  • Act as a business partner in driving initiatives forward
  • Plan and schedule domestic and international travel itineraries
  • Track expenses and prepare corresponding reports
  • Maintain and develop relationships with external client contacts and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the administrative team on process improvements and workflow streamlining

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of administrative support experience, including operational and strategic support
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in project management and relationship management
  • Strong detail-orientation and organizational skills
  • Ability to proactively collaborate with team members and solve problems independently
